Williams & Associates is independently owned and operated by Barry Williams, a Registered Public Valuer who is an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Barry has been providing valuing and property consultancy throughout Canterbury continuously since 1977. His emphasis on the residential sector while also carrying out numerous lifestyle and industrial property assignments.
He is passionate about property, prides himself in his knowledge of the residential market, a knowledge he says can only be gained through experience. To this end he enjoys the interaction with clients and being able to provide information helpful in the decision making process.
